The month of Ramadan is dubbed as Sayyidusy (the penghulu bulan-bulan). So named because the month of Ramadan has and has various virtues and wisdom in it that is not owned by other months.
Here are some priorities of Ramadan compared to other months, among others:
The month of Ramadan is the month of the Qur'an Syahrul Quran
The Qur'an was revealed in the month of Ramadan. Thus, the demise of the Qur'an in Ramadan becomes a clear proof of the glory and virtue of Ramadan.
The argument for this is based on the Qur'an that is on QS. Al-Baqarah: 185 which means:
"The month of Ramadan is (the moon) in which it is revealed by the Qur'an, as a guide for man and the explanations of that clue and the distinction (between right and the vanity)."
This is one of the reasons why Ramadan is dubbed as the syahrul quran (the month of the Qur'an). In every month of Ramadan also Rasulullah saw always bertadarus (interact) with Al-Quran with Jibril as.
Sunna-sunnah in fasting month of Ramadhan one of them is by multiply interacting with Al-Quran, by way of reading, understanding and mentadabburi meaning, memorize and learn it, and practice it.
Ramadan is the Moon of Blessings of Mubarak Syahrun
The month of Ramadan is a month full of goodness and blessing. This is based on the arguments of hadith narrated by Ahmad, An-Nasa'i and Al-Baihaqi which means:
"Really has come to you a blessed month, this month is obliged to fasting to you ..".
The reward of Ramadan fasting is doubled from other sunnah fasts. Any worship done in the month of Ramadan, then God will multiply the reward. This is based on the following theorem:
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: "Every deed done by the son of Adam is for him, and one good is rewarded tenfold even up to seven hundred times." Allah swt said: Unless fasting, it is for Me and I who respond directly, Have abandoned lust, eat and drink it because of Me "(Muslim).

The Ramadan Doors of the Open Heaven And The Hell-Closed Doors And The Tied Demons
Allah Almighty has given His servants the opportunity to enter Paradise with the worship and good deeds they performed during the month of Ramadan. Syaithanpun not given the opportunity to seduce and mislead people.
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "When entering the month of Ramadan then the doors of heaven are opened, the gates of hell are closed, and syaithan-syaithan are shackled." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
