The main purpose of an educational institution is to produce students who not only have achievements but also have good morals. So educators have a very important role to achieve the goals and ideals.
Teaching means making a person knowledgeable, who previously did not know to know or understand, which previously could not become able or skilled. While educating has a much broader meaning than just teaching.
Educate means to make a person knowledgeable and practice his knowledge for good and continue to encourage his students to continue to increase their knowledge and make any additional knowledge obtained also adds every behavior or life gradually become better and better again, so on without interruption.
The difference between teaching and educating is what is often overlooked
So if they already realize it means they must also be ready with all aspects of an educational activity, ranging from transferring knowledge, and familiarize the behavior or attitude with the role of the educator. In Al-Qur'an Surat Al-Mujadalah verse 11 which means
"Allah will exalt those who believe among you and those who are given some degree of knowledge".
